Is there minimum purchase quantity ?

There is no minimum purchase. You are free to purchase a single bottle. If you are a business customer or wish to make a larger order, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.

The bottle I want is ‘SOLD OUT’, can I place a pre-order?

Yes. If we are expecting new or more stock you’ll be able to place a pre-order. Kindly email to info@whiskybull.com.my for enquiry, our friendly customer service will be happy to assist you.

What payments method are accepted?

We accept bank transfer and credit card.

What is your delivery coverage area?

We deliver to entire Peninsular (West) Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak (East) is currently not available.

How could I trace my order?

Once the shipment is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details so that you could monitor your shipment. You could also log into the member platform to trace back your order and tracking details.

Can I pick up at your store?

Definitely, we would love to hand in personally to you at our store.
