The Singleton's most indulgent whisky. At 39 years old, this whisky is approaching four decades in the making and only 1,695 bottles have been released of this extra-long double maturation whisky. Emerging from the oak after a 39-year quest to epitomise the intensity and lavishness of exquisite European wines through whisky flavour, is a Single Malt Scotch unlike any that has come before it. Rich and succulent blackberries burst onto the palate, while a sumptuous whisper of crumbled muscovado sugar leaves the taste buds tantalised. The result, a rare vintage resounding with depth and complexity for an unparalleled taste experience.

SINGLETON Of Glen Ord 12 Year Old Sherry Cask. The triple cask maturation process begins with maturing whisky respectively in a fusion of European oak Sherry casks and American oak Bourbon casks.

The Bourbon cask brings vanilla, caramel and woody notes and the Sherry cask adds fruity, bitter characters. After 12 years, these two whiskies are then brought together and married by Malt Master, Maureen Robinson

Talisker 30 YEAR OLD, a rare expression, being re-released in limited quantities after the last bottling in 2017 celebrates the summit of Skye. Not unlike the anticipation of the journey to the top of The Cuillin, where majestic views await, Talisker 30 too provides a rare invitation to only a few to reach the very pinnacle of the range, where true character awaits. An elegant and complex expression with Talisker hallmarks of pepper and smoke in a softer and subtler way.

As the land rises, the elements quieten. Smooth smoky clouds swirl and part around peppery peaks. A powerful tranquility reveals the rich beauty of the rugged island.

The English Original Single Malt Whisky.

The Nelstrop family has a 600-year tradition of growing and processing grain. In 2005 the family decided to build a distillery and make its own whisky, this would be England’s first whisky distillery in over 100 years. The best barley is grown in Norfolk and the Breckland water is peerless. In December 2006, the distillery was able to make the first 29 barrels of English whisky and the following year HRH Prince Charles officially opened the distillery. The English Whisky Company distills four days a week, for 44 weeks of the year, which produces around 150,000 bottles of whisky.
Awards. In 2015 The English Whisky Co. was awarded 2 Great Taste Gold Awards for its Chapter 15 and Nelstrop’s PX. It has also been awarded 15 Liquid Gold awards by Jim Murray as well as being named as producer of European Whisky of the Year 2015.

Light, fresh and fragrant. Sweet, soft, slightly spicy and welcoming. Gentle vanilla, fruity with hints of tropical fruits (lime zest, mango, dried apricots). Fresh cut grass. Slightly nutty with a hint of marzipan. Like a soft whipped vanilla ice cream. Melts on the palate. Smooth but with a with a slight peppery spice tingle. Fresh wood and vanilla, again with tropical fruits. Slightly nutty with a long malty finish. Finish is clean, dry and slightly salty.

The English Smokey Single Malt Whisky. Introducing a peated expression to their already fine range, the English Whisky Company have pulled another future classic out of the bag. As the name suggests this is a superbly smoky malt, evident from the first sip to the lingering aftertaste with hints of ginger and vanilla completing the flavour.

Another wonderful release from the East Anglian distillery, the first dedicated English malt distillery for over 100 years. The distillery first decided to produce peated whisky after taking advice from Laphroaig’s Ian Henderson. This whisky certainly packs a peaty punch, being peated to a whopping 45ppm. Unlike the Original, it uses malt bought in from Scotland, as local maltings do not have the facilities for peating the grain. It does remain un-chill-filtered, and without colouring. This is a delectable whisky, with delicate spice notes of ginger, cardamom and aniseed alongside a powerful peat flavour. Something very different, yet delicious!
