A 10-year-old blended malt from Douglas Laing, made with whiskies produced across all of Scotland, created to celebrate the indie bottler's 70th anniversary. Aromas of orange boiled sweets, liquorice, toast with honey and driftwood fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of butterscotch, peppery peat smoke, chocolate buttons and brown sugar.  The label features the characters from Douglas Laing's regional malts, including Big Peat, the Scallywag, the Timorous Beastie, the Epicurean, the Rock Oyster and the spider from the Gauldrons, and part of the tube it comes with twists so that you can make them swap heads.

Douglas Laing has finished its Rock Island blended malt Scotch whisky in mezcal casks – which is rather intriguing indeed! The whisky itself is made with a host of whiskies from Scotland's whisky producing islands, including Jura, Orkney, Arran, and Islay. After blending, it was given a 12 month finishing period in mezcal casks, bolstering the smoky, earthy notes of the whisky. 1,500 bottles were produced.

The rum is produced by Sailor Jerry Ltd., a company founded to honor the sailor-turned-tattoo artist, Norman “Sailor Jerry” Collins.

It's a 12 year old limited edition expression of Douglas Laing's Scallywag blended malt, marrying Speyside single malts which have been matured exclusively in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. After the whisky was sufficiently sherried, the casks yielded 6,000 bottles at a cask strength of 53.6% ABV, bottled without colouring or chillfiltering, complete with the familiar friendly fox terrier on the label sporting a monocle.
