What we do know is that he spent his decade of maturation in bourbon barrels, giving the whiskies all those delicious notes of vanilla and fruity. A wonderful expression from an undisclosed Speyside Distillery, aged for 10 years.
A lemony, citrus loaded vanilla fudge cheesecake on the nose with notes of mint. The palate follows with barley sugars and hazelnut livened with a cinnamon spice and black pepper. A silky smooth texture glides into more citrus on the finish.
